Andrew

Andrew Miller graduated from Sheridan College in 2011, where he won the Best Documentary Award in the role of Offline/Online Editor. During his studies, he interned in the Marketing and Communications department at The Clinton Foundation in New York City. After graduation, he launched his own business, working with a diverse range of clients across Toronto, including The Hospital for Sick Children.

He has developed and executed a wide variety of multimedia projects, from building media storage servers and workflows to producing and distributing video packages. Andrew is highly skilled in both offline and online video editing, with extensive experience in Avid Media Composer and other editing platforms.

A passionate artist, Andrew enjoys spending time behind a Bolex camera and exploring the precision and patience required for large-format photography. Currently based in Bamfield, BC, he continues to pursue his love for photography and media alongside his partner.

Amaya

Amaya is a photographer, environmental educator and salmon field technician from Penticton in the Okanagan Valley. Since graduating from the University of Victoria in Geography and Environmental Studies, Amaya has worked in Indigenous led resource management in Syilx and Huu-ay-aht territories, for the Raincoast Education Society in Tofino, the Robson Bight Ecological Reserve and at the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre. In tandem with an environmental career, Amaya has pursued story telling through video, photography and experiments with 35mm, medium and large format film. 

Amaya
